This role will be responsible for handling front desk tasks in the administration office and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls appropriately - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Perform data entry, file maintenance, proofreading, and transcribing tasks - Assist with order entry and other computerized tasks - Support various administrative functions as needed
Qualifications:
