Looking for a replacement window installation crew who will be an 'extension' of our 63yr old family home service business with long-term possibilities. Installation consists of high-quality replacement window and patio door products. Candidates must be highly-motivated and strive to exceed expectations with every installation. Lazy, poor and sub-standard performance will not be tolerated, while superior performance will be well-rewarded through our compensation programs. Candidates need to be willing to work as part of our team'superstars' and 'divas' will not be tolerated and have no place on our team or within our company. Must have a minimum of 5 years window replacement experience. Must have a clean, reliable truck and trailer or box truck. Must have all necessary tools, ladders, break, etc. Must be fully insured. Must be able to pass a background check.
