DESCRIPTION Responsible for assisting Department Manager with customer service, staff development, merchandise presentation, selling events, sales promotion and stockroom controls.
In addition, has ownership for all aspects of a specific merchandise category including sales performance, inventory control and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS Customer Focus Presentation Skills Managing and Measuring Work Planning Negotiating Written Communication Functional/Technical Skills Process Management Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience, preferably in retail or service environment is preferred.
40 hours per week and must be flexible to work nights and weekends based on the business needs.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
